Home to 800 employees, the centre is located at Spiller Road and 25th Avenue SE.  Luminous floor to ceiling windows allow ninety-five percent of the building to be naturally lit.  Open workspaces allocate an energy reduction of fifty to fifty-five percent to the overall energy dashboard.  Within these open workspaces house 400 employees, while the other 400 are out on the field.  The Gold Rating, awarded to the centre by LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), exemplifies the objective of the structure:  To evolve and develop an eco friendly sustainable environment for the future.

Green rooftops for extra agriculture and permeable parking lots for land irrigation add to this already environmental masterpiece.  All of the glues, bonds and paints used during the development of the building are organic and compound free.  Of course, the building came at a cost, a $43 million cost, but the projection to pay off construction is only fifteen years.

Enter and tour the world of environmental sustainability....
